Set your frying pan on a high heat until it's searing hot, then reduce it to a medium heat and carefully place the steak in the centre of the pan.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nRare: 2 minutes on each side; Medium: 3 minutes on each side; Well Done: 4 minutes 30 seconds on each side. Sear along the sides of the steak before taking it off the heat to rest for a few minutes to reabsorb the rich juices.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nAlways follow cooking instructions. Raw\/undercooked meat may contain harmful bacteria that may cause food poisoning. Always wash hands, chopping boards and utensils after contact with raw meat.
