\nNow Music is proud to announce the second of this vinyl series, NOW Presents\u202612\" 80s: Volume Two: 1983-1984, as a stunning 5-LP boxset. A limited edition and numbered set with each of the 5-LPs pressed in a different colour vinyl \u2013 blue, hot pink, orange, yellow and green, to be released on October 17th, 2025, and for many tracks this marks the first time back on vinyl since their original 12\u201d release!

\nKicking off in 1983 with Wham and the 12\u201d version of their #2 smash \u2018Bad Boys\u2019 ahead of the massive collaboration between Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson on \u2018Say Say Say\u2019 in its extended version. Spandau Ballet, Eurythmics and The Cure with the extended version of \u2018The Lovecats\u2019 complete the first side, and Tears For Fears open the flip side with \u2018Change\u2019 ahead of some of the best extended pop from \u201983, including from Altered Images, Haysi Fantayzee, Men Without Hats, and finishing with the extended version of the debut hit for Marilyn \u2018Calling Your Name\u2019. LP2\u2019s first side is a celebration of 1983\u2019s fusion of synth-pop, electronic beats and hip-hop influence and vocals. First up, the most successful 12\u201d single of the decade; \u2018Blue Monday\u2019 from New Order, alongside the massive \u2018I.O.U\u2019 (Megamix) from Freeez, Rock Steady Crew\u2019s extended version of \u2018(Hey You) The Rock Steady Crew\u2019 and the genre-melding \u2018Double Dutch\u2019 from Malcolm McLaren \u2013 while over on Side B, huge floor-fillers from Lionel Richie with the 12\u201d Version of \u2018All Night Long (All Night)\u2019, KC & The Sunshine Band with the #1 \u2018Give It Up\u2019, here in its \u2018John Luongo Disco Mix\u2019, plus Donna Summer, Laura Branigan and Matthew Wilder\u2019s enduringly popular \u2018Break My Stride\u2019.

\nLP3 contains a mixture of essential 12\u201d\u2019s from both \u201983 and \u201984, with a trio of iconic tracks opening; extended mixes of Heaven 17\u2019s \u2018Temptation\u2019 and The Human League\u2019s \u2018(Keep Feeling) Fascination\u2019, along with the first Top 10 hit \u2018Love On Your Side\u2019, the \u2018Rap Boy Rap\u2019 version from Thompson Twins. More peerless pop from Bananarama and Adam Ant finish side A \u2013 whilst side B celebrates Hi-Energy gold from Frankie Goes To Hollywood with the \u2018New York Mix\u2019 of \u2018Relax\u2019, Evelyn Thomas and the extended anthemic \u2018High Energy\u2019 alongside Bronski Beat with \u2018Why\u2019 and Dead Or Alive\u2019s breakthrough chart hit \u2018That\u2019s The Way (I Like It)\u2019 in its extended version.

\nLP4 opens with a side of massive chart hits from Culture Club with their mash-up US 12\u201d mix of \u2018It\u2019s A Miracle\u2019 and \u2018Miss Me Blind\u2019 and Tina Turner with her signature \u2018What\u2019s Love Got To Do With It\u2019 (Extended 12\u201d Remix), \u2018I Feel For You\u2019 hit the top spot for Chaka Khan, and Grandmaster Flash & Melle Mel had a massive hit with \u2018White Lines (Don\u2019t Do It)\u2019 \u2013 the 12\u201d Long Version is included here. Flip the LP over for more essential h-energy from Hazell Dean and Divine, plus 80s disco favourites from The Pointer Sisters and Miami Sound Machine.
